4. Deliver — work happens against the frozen scope; completion is client-confirmed, then rated on quality, cost, schedule and communication.

Pricing (NZD, ex GST, month-to-month, no lock-in)

• Asset owners — Homeowner Plan: $199/year for homeowners and landlords. Up to 2 users; $15 per extra user per year.
• Asset owners — Enterprise Plan: custom pricing, assessed to fit your organisation.
• Service providers — Professional Plan: $79/month, one 20km work zone and one service category included. Extra zones and categories $10/month each; extra users $15/month. 0% commission.
